Step 1
Complete The Long Run Coaching "Initial Client Questionnaire" which includes details on your running history, training habits, past injury concerns, future goals, etc. Email the completed client questionnaire to The Long Run Coaching at [email protected].
Step 2
Upon completion of the questionnaire, you will receive a complimentary initial consultation, and will be contacted via phone or email to discuss your running needs and what The Long Run Coaching can offer you; what plan best suits your needs (Gold, Silver, or Bronze) and what you can expect from your coaching experience.
Step 3
Make the commitment to yourself to be dedicated to your training that will be both challenging and fun. Please read, sign and return The Long Run Coaching Contract & Waiver and then we will choose the date for your coaching to begin.
Step 4
Once payment is received, you will receive either a portion or entire training plan (as discussed) via email. Weekly schedules are typically sent on Sundays. (Visit HERE to pay on-line)
Step 5
It is time to begin your training!
Ready, set... have fun, push yourself, see where you can...GO!!!
