Online Coaching

Our online coaching program is designed for runners who may or may not live in the Boulder, Colorado area, but desire the convenience of an on-line custom training program; and the professional advice of a certified knowledgeable coach.

Online, month-to-month commitment (one month commitment)

Monthly - $125.00/month 

Highly individualized training for all athletes looking to improve performance, enjoy running more, have 
accountability, avoid injury, try new things, etc. 

My aim is to partner with you to guide you and educate you. My goal with all my athletes is to give you the tools to be autonomous and able to adjust and respond to whatever situations present themselves. Situations we all face in training and racing (and life!).
  • Weekly schedule via Training Peaks 
  • Weekly email
  • Contact via email/messaging as needed, daily
  • One monthly Skype/phone call when desired
  • Unlimited schedule alterations
  • Strength training 

All athletes receive:
  • Initial evaluation where we review your history and establish training goals.
  • Training Peaks weekly customized training schedule with detailed workout description and instruction 
  • Weekly analysis of training
  • Access to your coach via email, phone, Skype, text or messaging.
  • Running-specific stretching and strength training tips to help you develop more efficient techniques and prevent injury.
  • Training and race day nutrition guidelines.
  • Training and race recovery guidelines.
  • Injury advice and modification of training schedule.
  • Race preparation advice.
  • Motivation and sports psychology tips.
  • Access to a private on-line group for all coached runners.
  • Exclusive discounts on running gear and races.

In Person Coaching

In-Person Coaching is exclusively for runners  in the Boulder, Colorado 
area, or runners visiting from out of state. In-Person Coaching offers the benefit of live coaching sessions during your training that help ensure that the workouts are performed correctly, provide motivation and stimulus for improvement, and give the athlete an opportunity to seek feedback on technique, pacing, and other factors influencing performance.

COST: In-Person Coaching in Boulder/Niwot/Longmont area - $50 per session (up to 60 minutes) in addition to a online coaching plan if desired. Athletes can choose to meet with the coach for one session, or many times during their training cycle.

Gazelle Women's Racing Team

As a member of Gazelle Women's Racing Team you have an opportunity to network and meet up with other members around the country (and world), participate in an exclusive online (Facebook) Team group and be part of a group of fun, dedicated, inspiring and supportive athletes just like yourself. 

$100/year ($50 donated to Women's Sports Foundation)
  • Initial evaluation where we review your history and establish short, medium, long term goals for the year and beyond. General training plan analysis once yearly
  • Team Gazelle tech tank
  • Access to a private on-line group for all coached runners.
    • Running-specific stretching and strength training tips to help you develop more efficient techniques and prevent injury.
    • Training and race day nutrition guidelines.
    • Training and race recovery guidelines.
    • Injury advice and modification of training schedule.
    • Race preparation advice.
